Authentic Leadership Model

Leadership is a complex human characteristic. The evolution of an effective leader is best summarized by Bill George’s Authentic Leadership Model. The Authentic leadership model focuses on five core traits that can be developed over time. When a leader demonstrates these qualities or characteristics, they can become a more authentic leader; their followers will respond with increased morale, and productivity increases can be realized.
